Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for custom or personalized items unless defective or damaged.

If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

How to Return an Item

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

  4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any promotional discounts applied to the order may be voided upon return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable digital content.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

International Returns
